Set up time: Sunday, Sept 13, 8 AM - 10:45 AM. Earlier set up by prior arrangement only.Vendors are expected to remain set up until 5 PM when the Festival ends. All vendors must exit the property by the end of the day.Festival Location: Manson Park, Pittsfield (51 Peltoma Ave, Pittsfield, ME 04967) - The Alcohol Sales & Samples Tent is separate, outside of the cheesemaker and non-cheesemaker vendors area.Festival Hours of Operation: 11 AM to 5 PMAttendance target: 1,500This is a rain or shine event; space fees are non-refundable.*By submitting this form, you grant permission for photographs and/or video footage taken during the festival to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the event organizers.ALCOHOL VENDOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION:All drink sample tickets redeemed at your booth are split 50/50—with your share paid directly to you and no swipe or processing fees deducted. Plus, you’re also welcome to sell canned/bottled beverages for off-premise consumption and retain 100% of those retail sales. It’s a great opportunity to connect with festivalgoers who are there to experience the very best of Maine’s food and beverage scene. *Sample pours will follow state guidelines for our event licensing: Spirits: 1/2 oz, Beer: 4 oz, Wine: 1 1/2 oz. Application Review & Acceptance:Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the Maine Cheese Festival. All applications, licensing and insurance documentation will be reviewed by festival organizers. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
