Attendance target: 1,500This is a rain or shine event; space fees are non-refundable.*By submitting this form, you grant permission for photographs and/or video footage taken during the festival to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the event organizers.All Maine Cheese Festival vendors are expected to offer product samples during the event. If your product pairs well with a non-cheese item, we encourage coordinating cross-promotion with fellow vendors.
Electricity is included for Food Trucks only. Special requests for electrical needs may be considered.
MEMBERSHIP You must be a current member of the Maine Cheese Guild at the time of the Festival to be a vendor. If you were a vendor at the 2025 Festival, membership renewal notices have already been sent. If you may have missed yours, please note that an active membership is required to participate. See the Maine Cheese Guild Website for full details of benefits and membership levels: www.mainecheeseguild.org. New vendors will be invoiced $25.00 for their membership.We will review your application along with your licensing and insurance documentation.
