Applications must be submitted prior to July 31, 2026Before You Begin:Please note that this application cannot be submitted without the required licensing and insurance documentation uploaded at the time of application. The application does not save progress, so we recommend having all necessary documents ready before you begin. Your booth space is not secure until all materials have been received and approved. Priority space is reserved for Cheesemakers. Set up time: Sunday, Sept 13th, 8 AM - 10:45 AM. Earlier set up by prior arrangement only. Vendors are expected to remain set up until 5 PM when the Festival ends. All vendors must exit the property by the end of the day.

Festival Hours of Operation: 11 AM to 5 PM
Attendance target: 1,500This is a rain or shine event; space fees are non-refundable.*By submitting this form, you grant permission for photographs and/or video footage taken during the festival to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the event organizers.All Maine Cheese Festival vendors are expected to offer product samples during the event. If your product pairs well with a non-cheese item, we encourage coordinating cross-promotion with fellow vendors.
Electricity is included for Food Trucks only. Special requests for electrical needs may be considered.
MEMBERSHIP You must be a current member of the Maine Cheese Guild at the time of the Festival to be a vendor. If you were a vendor at the 2025 Festival, membership renewal notices have already been sent. If you may have missed yours, please note that an active membership is required to participate. See the Maine Cheese Guild Website for full details of benefits and membership levels: www.mainecheeseguild.org. New vendors will be invoiced $25.00 for their membership.Application Review & Acceptance:Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the Maine Cheese Festival. All applications, licensing and insurance documentation will be reviewed by festival organizers. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email (and payment instructions for those who have selected a larger booth space).
